On March 17, 2004 Adam Lesnick a former broker with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter was charged in the U.S. District Court for the district of Oregon with two counts of making and subscribing to a false income tax return and executing a scheme to defraud an employer by wire. On August 11, 2004 Mr. Lesnick was sentenced to 21 months imprisonment with three years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $931,165.
